TRAINING MANAGER (SOFT SKILLS)

Main roles and responsibilities:

* Supervise all kind of training administrations (evaluation, certification, registration)
* Facilitate soft skills trainings such as: Leadership Skills, Effective Sales Presentation Skills, Conflict Resolution, Effective Communication Skills, Performance Appraisal for Managers, Negotiation Skills, Delegation Skills, Coaching and Counseling etc
* Able to conduct the correct TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
* Communicate to all line managers that learning and development is a shared responsibility and form a partnership with them which encourages all employee to have a fair opportunity for growth within the organization
* Propose new learning & development interventions to achieve business objectives
* Maintain the internal trainers' resources and infrastructure
* Manage and maintain good relationship with external training vendors

Requirements:

* Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Have at least 2 years experiences as Training Manager
* Have no issues with traveling
* Energetic, extrovert and assertive
* Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
* Have some Training Certifications in certain Soft Skills is a plus point
